Order Processing

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) or during weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services. Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 1-4 business days

Norway: 2-7 business days

Finland 1-4 business days

Denmark:1-3 business days

Rest of EU: 2-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during product launches, campaigns, holidays, or peak seasons.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

You can follow your delivery directly through the carrier’s link.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order value.
Within Sweden, we offer free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within the carrier’s stated time frame and is returned to us, a fee of 250 SEK / 250 NOK / 160 DKK / 22 EUR will be deducted to cover part of the shipping and handling costs.

The fee is automatically deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If something is wrong, such as a defective item, incorrect product, or damaged parcel, please contact us at info@totineunderwear.com  and we’ll help you.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and keep the item unused until the matter is resolved.

Please note that the right to claim a defect only applies to issues related to the manufacturing of the product, not normal wear and tear or aging.
